Act relating to guidelines and standards for state training programs;          
and relating to the Alaska Human Resource Investment Council and

relating to guidelines and standards for state training                        
programs; relating to the Alaska Human Resource                                
Investment Council; extending the termination date                             
of the state training and employment program; and
